fresh teen schoolgirl by badabingGeorge Simpson (Tasmanian politician)

George Simpson (9 April 1831 – 6 November 1902) was a colonial Australian politician.

He was born in Putney to shipbuilder Richard Simpson and his wife Jane. He married Sarah Jane Herdman at St Peter’s Church, Broad Street, London on 25 February 1853; they had four children. He left England in 1856 and arrived in Tasmania in 1857, where he worked as a builder, and became a contractor and sawmiller. In 1864 he was elected to the Tasmanian House of Assembly for Franklin, serving until 1873. He then settled in Launceston as a contractor and sawmiller, and was also a member of the Launceston City Council from 1883 to 1884. He was a Sydney agent for the Royal Automobile Club from 1881 to 1883. In 1895 he was elected to the Tasmanian Legislative Council as a Liberal member. He retired in 1903, and died at Launceston in 1902.

Is there a way to edit programmatically the number of lines a textview is showing?

I want to dynamically resize a textview based on the number of characters the user wants to display. I want to increase the height of the textview if the user wants to scroll down. Is there a way to edit the number of lines the textview is displaying?
I want to have it so that if the user only wants to display 2 lines for example, then the textview is set to height = 72. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Here is my code for the textview:
mTextView.setText(“Hello World!”);

mTextView.setTextSize(15);
mTextView.setPadding(5, 50, 5, 5);
mTextView.setMaxLines(10);
mTextView.setMinLines(5
