This screen scroll program simulates the way Windows Vista, 7 and 8 work with scroll bars.
It allows the user to type in the amount of pixels it would like to scroll and the direction it would like to scroll (up or down.)
If the user is moving windows horizontally or vertically the window will be moved a specified amount of pixels or percentage of the current window.
There is also a function that will move the wallpaper.
If using this option the only thing that it will change in the registry or anywhere else is the value of the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ScrollDirection
The four entries will be changed to reflect whether the wallpaper or any windows should be moved vertically or horizontally.
The following values reflect how much of the screen should be scrolled vertically or horizontally.
MaxWidthScroll — This will scroll the entire screen which means the whole horizontal bar.
PercentWidthScroll — This will scroll a specified width percentage of the screen horizontally.
MinWidthScroll — This will scroll a specified width percentage of the screen vertically.
PercentMinWidthScroll — This will scroll a specified width percentage of the screen vertically.
Height or Width Scaling — This will scale the whole screen while scrolling, but will leave the percentage of the screen unchanged. This leaves the size of the scroll bar unchanged.
BackColor — This will change the color of the background of any windows that have the BackColor property set.
ProgID — This is used to register the app.

What’s New In?
The ScreenScroll program takes as input the window sizes that you would like to have the virtual screen scroll to. It will not always be able to get the correct values so you will need to enter them as in points.
ScreenScroll will then scroll the windows after the specified number of px or percent of the screen in the direction that is specified.
If you try to scroll the window that is minimized the program will go to that window and set the scroll length to zero.
Of course you can change or remove the setting in the settings menu, but the program will not remember those values in the registry.
If you exit the program and restart it will use the last values that you changed in the registry.
Here is a list of the possible settings you can use:
Move Wallpaper Off:
Set whether you want the wallpaper to stay still or move with the windows.
Move Wallpaper On:
Set whether you want the wallpaper to move with the windows or stay still.
Move Wallpaper Length:
Set the amount the wallpaper has to move before you start to move the windows.
Move Wallpaper Direction:
Set the direction the wallpaper has to move.

Edit the Settings Menu:
You can change the settings from the menus and sub menus and add settings that you have created.
To add the Settings menu:
1.Click the Settings menu option and click the button that says Settings in the menu.2.After you have created the menu, click the ok button.3.Click the ok button again and you should be back in the program.
You can also add the sub menus to the Settings menu by repeating the steps above.

This window is used to set the settings for the windows that will be moved when the screen is scrolled. The windows must be added to the list of settings in the Settings menu.
Each Window that you want to move must have a name that the program will use to identify them. You can add several different names to the settings to just move them all.
